COLORADO ROAD TRIP: Hidden Gems of SW Colorado Mountains & Mesas (Mesa Verde in Cortez & Mancos) (FULL LENGTH)

Say HELLO to the Hidden Gems of Southwest Colorado!  Join Travel Video Journalist, Juliana Broste, "TravelingJules" on an action-packed adventure, going beyond Mesa Verde and Durango.  We'll discover lesser known experiences in Cortez and Mancos.  First up, we'll get our hands dirty on the dig site and learn about archeology at the Crow Canyon Archeological Center.  Then, we'll explore the Mancos Creative District and enroll in the The School of the West.  Artists show us how to create works of art--whether learning the art of letterpress at the former Mancos Common Press building, or moving metal in a blacksmithing class at Cowboy Forge.  Dinners' up at the Farm Bistro in Cortez, a standout farm to table restaurant serving up delicious entrees and Colorado cocktails.  Finally, we'll explore the Canyons of the Ancients.  This Monument has the highest known archaeological site density in the United States, and evidence of native cultures.  All this, and more...only in Colorado!
