LAFAYETTE LOUISIANA: Festival Fun, Swamp Tour, Crawfishing, Tabasco Factory and more!

Come along with TravelingJules as she discovers Lafayette, Louisiana! We kick things off at Festival International, a free five day music and food fest happening downtown. 🎶 We eat eat eat and dance dance dance day and night! Then, we sneak out on a swamp tour of Atchafalaya by airboat, before getting at taste of how Tabasco's world famous hot sauce is made at the factory. We learn about the past at Vermilionville where history comes to life, thanks to storytellers and historical interpreters on site. Then, we wake up at Zydeco Breakfast at Buck and Johnnys with good tunes and dancing, a local Saturday morning tradition. Last, but certainly not least, we go crawfishing 🦞 and have a feast at Crawfish Haven! So much to do, so much to eat, only in Lafayette! 📸
